Podium finish from 1st round -Silverstone

Alan was pleased to finish 3rd last weekend at Silverstone! I made an excellent start and took the lead on lap one, I continued to lead in damp but drying conditions, Sadly i overheated my tyres and locked a wheel causing me to run wide, thus loosing 2 places and dropping to third! But is still an excellent start to the season! I cant wait for rounds 2 and 3 at Snetterton!

Alan  is 31 years of age.  He works as a self-employed car body repairer, and runs a successful business in Cookstown, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland.
 
Alan decided to broaden his horizons & is now racing in the BRSCC Ford Fiesta Championship
Alan finished the 2008 season an impressive 4th overall in the Ford Fiesta Championship.
Takin home 14 trophies, 3 race wins , numerous podiums and driver of the day awards
